NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude finishes week higher; natgas also surges

Houston, January 29, 2016 (PCW) -- March NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.40/bbl to $33.62/bbl March Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.85 to $34.47/bbl.

The March Brent/WTI spread widened to $0.85/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 11.6 cents at $2.298/mmBtu. February NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.1031/gal, up 2.41 cpg.

US Gulf cash gasoline differentials ended mixed versus Thursday’s levels.

The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $12.05/bbl, $1.34/bbl under the screen. – John Troland.
