NYMEX Monday Wrap: Crude opens week with strong gains
HOUSTON, October 10, 2016 (PCW) -- November NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.54/bbl, to $51.35/bbl. Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.23/bbl to $53.13/bbl. The December Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $1.26/bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were up 8.2 cents at $3.275/mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4972 pg, up 1.54 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were mixed versus Friday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 0.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was higher at 0.50 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 16.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was lower at 16.75 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was ateady at 0.25 cpg over the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.74/bbl, $1.37 /bbl under the screen. -– John Troland.
