NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline see slim declines
HOUSTON, October 11, 2016 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.56/bbl to $50.79/bbl. Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.77/bbl to $52.36/bbl.
The December Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $1.12/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 3.8 cents at $3.237/mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4829/gal, down 1.43 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were mixed versus Monday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was weaker at 1.25 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was lower at 0.75 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 16.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was up at 17.25 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was higher at 0.50 cpg over the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.46/bbl, $1.49 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
