NYMEX Wednesday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline extend losses

HOUSTON, October 12, 2016 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.61/bbl to $50.18/bbl. Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.49/bbl to $51.87/bbl.

The December Brent/WTI spread widened to $1.23/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 2.7 cents at $3.210/mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4619/gal, down 2.10 cpg.

October gasoline differentials were weaker versus Tuesday’s levels.

The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $10.76/bbl, $1.93 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
