NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Crude, gasoline, nat gas make gains
HOUSTON, October 10, 2017 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.34/bbl at $50.92/bbl. December Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.88/bbl at $56.71/bbl.
The December Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $5.48/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 5.8 cents at $ 2.891 mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5915 gal, up 3.21 cpg.
November gasoline differentials were softer versus Monday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 2.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 2.50 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was weaker at 8.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 fell to 7.75 over the screen.
RBOB decreased to 3.25 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $10.24 bbl, $8.11/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
