NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, gasoline, nat gas finish week with gains
HOUSTON, October 20, 2017 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.18/bbl at $51.47/bbl. December Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.53/bbl at $57.75/bbl.
The December Brent/WTI spread widened to $5.91/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 4.2 cents at $2.915 mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6781 gal, up 3.34 cpg.
November gasoline differentials were weaker versus Thursday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was softer at 5.25 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 5.75 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 5.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 fell to 5.25 over the screen.
RBOB weaker at 6.50cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.89 bbl, $8.90/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
