NYMEX Monday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline open week with gains
HOUSTON, November 28, 2016 (PCW) — January NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.02/bbl to $47.08/bbl. January Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.11/bbl to $48.24/bbl.
The January Brent/WTI spread widened to at $1.16/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 14.7 cents at $3.232/mmBtu. December NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4127/gal, up 4.00 cpg.
November gasoline differentials were weaker versus Friday’s levels.
A4 CBOB 87 regular was softer at 10.00 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was weaker at 9.50 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was down at 8.00 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 fell to 8.50 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 9.00 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.55/bbl, $3.34/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
