NYMEX Thursday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline extend drop
HOUSTON, November 16, 2017 (PCW) — December NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.19/bbl at $55.14/bbl. January Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.70/bbl at $61.36/bbl.
The January Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $6.01/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 2.7 cents at $3.053 mmBtu. December NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.7137 gal, down 2.51 cpg.
December gasoline differentials were weaker versus Wednesday’s levels.
A4 CBOB 87 regular was softer at 9.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 9.50 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 1.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 fell to 1.25 over the screen.
RBOB was weaker at 9.25 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $8.89 bbl, $10.58/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
