NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Crude rises; Brent/WTI spread narrows to 10 cents

HOUSTON, December 22, 2015 (PCW) -- January NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.33/bbl to $36.14/bbl. February Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.11 to $36.24/bbl.

The February Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $0.10/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 2.3 cents at $1.888/mmBtu. January NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.1749 pg, down 3.45 cpg.

US Gulf cash gasoline differentials were lower versus Monday’s levels.

The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $8.75/bbl, $4.03/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
