US nonfuel use propylene supplies rise for fourth straight week
HOUSTON, December 7, 2016 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories rose 48,000 bbls (1.1%) to 4.516 million bbls, setting a fresh 14-month high, the Energy Department reported today. However, the latest inventory build was much smaller than the 408,000 bbls increase a week earlier. Propylene inventories have risen by 1.745 million bbls over the past ten weeks, according to the Energy Department's Energy Information Administration. US Gulf refinery utilization was down 1.1 percentage points to 91.8%.
