NYMEX Friday Wrap: Oil settles close to $52 bbl
HOUSTON, December 16, 2016 (PCW) -- January NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.00 bbl to $51.90. February Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.22 to $55.20. The February Brent/WTI spread widened to $2.22/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 1.9 cents at $3.415/mmBtu.
January NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5571 pg, up 1.50 cpg.
December gasoline differentials were lower versus Thursday’s levels.
A4 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 6.25 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was lower at 6.50 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 10.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was lower at 10.25 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 6.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $12.02/bbl, $3.09/bbl under the screen. – John Troland.
