US nonfuel use propylene supplies drop first time in six weeks
HOUSTON, December 21, 2016 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell by 51,000 bbls (1.1%) to 4.601 million bbls, the Energy Department reported today. It was the first inventory drop in six weeks, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. Propylene stocks are 1.3 million bbls (39.4%) above the 52-week average. US Gulf refinery utilization was up 1.2 percentage points to 94.2%. -- David Barry
