NGL exports up 4.2% month-on-month in December: EIA data
HOUSTON, February 29, 2016 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids exports rose about 1.35 million barrels to nearly 33.1 million barrels between November and December, according to EIA data released Monday.
Propane/propylene exports led the pack at nearly 23.3 million barrels in December, up almost 3 million barrels from November. Ethane/ethylene exports rose 9,000 barrels month-on-month to nearly 1.99 million barrels in December.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
Butane/butylene: 2.41 million barrels, down 860,000 barrels from November
Isobutane/isobutylene: 167,000 barrels, an increase of 44,000 barrels
Pentanes plus (natural gasoline): 5.26 million barrels, a 759,000 barrel decline
