US nonfuel use propylene supplies decline
HOUSTON, February 3, 2016 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell 71,000 bbl (2.2%) to 3.198 million bbl, the Energy Department reported today. Inventories were still 46,000 bbl (1.5%) higher compared with four weeks earlier, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. After peaking above 5 million bbl around mid-2015, nonfuel use propylene inventories dropped steadily to around 3 million bbl in late Nov 2015. They have since been relatively flat, with the past 10 weeks evenly split between inventory builds and draws. -- David Barry
