NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Crude closes below $28; Natgas drops 4 cents
Houston, February 9, 2016 (PCW) -— March NYMEX crude futures settled down $1.75/BBL to $27.94/BBL April Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $2.53 to $30.48/bbl. The April Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $0.74/bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were down 4.2 cents at $2.098/mmBtu. March NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $0.8989 pg, down 5.72 cpg.
US Gulf cash gasoline differentials ended higher versus Monday’s levels.
A4 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 15.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 15.50 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium rose to 9.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 increased to 9.50 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was higher at 13.75 cpg under the screen
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $7.55/bbl, $3.33/bbl under the screen. – John Troland.
