NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, gasoline close week with losses; nat gas rises
HOUSTON, February 24, 2017 (PCW) — March NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.46/bbl to $53.99/bbl. April Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.47/bbl to $56.03/bbl.
The April Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $2.04/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 1.0 cents at $2.627/mmBtu. March NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5148/gal, down 1.38 cpg.
February gasoline differentials were stronger versus Thursday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was up at 2.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 87 was stronger at 2.50 cpg over the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was higher at 17.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 rose to 18.00 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was higher at 6.00 cpg over the screen.
he 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $10.86/bbl, $0.93/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
