NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Crude, gasoline soften; nat gas rallies

HOUSTON, February 6, 2018 (PCW) — March NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.76/bbl at $63.39/bbl. April Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.72/bbl at $66.89 bbl.

The April Brent/WTI spread widened at $3.79/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 1.2 cents at $2.759 mmBtu. March NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.8052 gal, down 4.14 cpg.

March gasoline differentials were stronger versus Monday’s levels.

The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $8.48 bbl, $6.47/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
