HOUSTON, February 7, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories increased 40,000 barrels (1.4%) to 2.975 million barrels last week, the Energy Department said. It was the fourth consecutive weekly inventory build reported by the department's Energy Information Administration, although smaller than the previous two week's moves of 176,000 and 298,000 barrels. Propylene inventories have increased in seven of the past 12 weeks, and recently moved above the 52-week average, which currently stands at 2.782 million barrels.
