NYMEX Monday Wrap: Opens week with gain, nat gas, RBOB drop
HOUSTON, February 12, 2018 (PCW) — March NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.09/bbl at $59.29/bbl. April Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.15/bbl at $62.64 bbl.
The April Brent/WTI spread narrowed at $3.56/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 3.2 cents at $2.552 mmBtu. March NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6785 gal, down 2.17 cpg.
March gasoline differentials were weaker versus Friday’s levels.
A4 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 3.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 3.50 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was softer at 10.00 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was down at 10.05 over the screen.
RBOB was weaker at 3.00 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $6.88 bbl, $6.57/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
