December NGL export levels up 5.9%: EIA
HOUSTON, February 28, 2018 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids exports increased 2.658 million barrels to 47.941 million barrels (1.55 million b/d) in December compared to November.
Propane exports rose 2.967 million barrels in December to 31.014 million barrels (1 million b/d). Ethane exports came in at 7.261 million barrels (234,226 b/d) in December, down 177,000 barrels month-on-month. Butane exports came in at 5.387 million barrels (173,774 b/d), up 97,000 barrels from November.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
· Isobutane: down 42,000 barrels in December to 15,000 barrels (484 b/d);
· Natural gasoline: 4.264 million barrels (137,548 b/d), a 186,000 barrel decrease.
