US nonfuel use propylene supplies drop first time in eight weeks
HOUSTON, March 7, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell by 99,000 barrels (-3%) last week to 3.244 million barrels, according to the latest figures from the EIA. It was the first inventory draw in eight weeks, and propylene stocks were still 269,000 barrels (9%) higher than four weeks ago. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery operating rates were up 0.8 percentage point at 87.8%. -- David Barry
