NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline close week with gains
HOUSTON, March 16, 2018 (PCW) — April NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.15/bbl at $62.34/bbl. May Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.17/bbl at $66.24 bbl.
The May Brent/WTI spread widened at $3.83 bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 0.7 cents at $2.688 mmBtu. April NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.9459 gal, up 2.11 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were mostly stronger versus Thursday’s levels.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 15.00 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 15.00 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 0.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 93 rose to 0.75 under the screen.
RBOB was steady at 5.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.52 bbl, $7.39/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
