NYMEX Monday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline open week with losses
HOUSTON, March 19, 2018 (PCW) — April NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.28/bbl at $62.06/bbl. May Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.15/bbl at $66.09 bbl.
The May Brent/WTI spread widened at $3.96 bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 3.7 cents at $2.651 mmBtu. April NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.9249 gal, down 2.10 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were mixed versus Friday’s levels.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was softer at 15.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 15.50 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 0.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was up at 0.75 over the screen.
RBOB was steady at 5.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.06 bbl, $7.48/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
