US nonfuel use propylene supplies have biggest drop in more than a year
HOUSTON, March 21, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell 322,000 barrels (9.6%) to 3.35 million barrels for the week ending March 16, the EIA said today. It was the largest weekly decline since Feb 2017, but only the fourth drop in the past twelve weeks. Propylene inventories remained higher than the 52-week average of 2.852 million barrels. Upstream, US Gulf refinery utilization climbed 2.8 percentage points to 92.6%. -- David Barry
