January NGL export levels decline 4.2%: EIA
HOUSTON, April 2, 2018 (PCW) – Natural gas liquids exports decreased 2.03 million barrels to 45.911 million barrels (1.481 million b/d) in January compared to December.
Propane exports fell 3.303 million barrels in January to 27.711 million barrels (893,903 b/d). Ethane exports came in at 6.608 million barrels (213,161 b/d) in January, down 653,000 barrels month-on-month. Butane exports came in at 5.702 million barrels (183,935 b/d), up 315,000 barrels from December.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
· Isobutane: up 37,000 barrels in January to 52,000 barrels (1,677 b/d);
· Natural gasoline: 5.838 million barrels (188,323 b/d), a 1.574 million barrel increase.
