NYMEX Wednesday Wrap: Energy markets close broadly higher
HOUSTON, April 18, 2018 (PCW) -- May NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.95/bbl at $68.47/bbl. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.84/bbl at $73.43/bbl.
The June Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $4.96/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 0.1 cents at $2.739/mmBtu. May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.0683/gal, up 2.71 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were lower versus Tuesday’s level.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 12.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 7.50 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 3.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was lower at 8.75 over the screen.
RBOB was down at 3.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $12.05/bbl, $6.67/bbl under the screen. -- John Troland
