NYMEX Monday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline open week with gains
HOUSTON, April 23, 2018 (PCW) — June NYMEX crude futures settled up S $0.24/bbl at $68.64/bbl. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.72/bbl at $74.70 bbl.
The June Brent/WTI spread widened at $6.06 bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 0.1 cents at $2.740 mmBtu. May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.1237 gal, up 2.78 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were mixed versus Friday’s levels.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was steady at 12.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 7.50 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 5.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 rose to 11.00 over the screen.
RBOB was weaker at 3.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $14.23 bbl, $6.62/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
