US nonfuel use propylene supplies rise first time in six weeks
HOUSTON, April 25, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories gained 160,000 barrels (6.1%) to end last week at 2.772 million barrels, the EIA said today. It was the first weekly uptick in six weeks, and propylene inventories have increased in six of the past 12 weeks. Inventories are still 107,000 barrels (3.7%) below the 52-week average. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization fell 1.2 percentage points to 91.2% last week. -- David Barry
