NYMEX Thursday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline see increases
HOUSTON, April 26, 2018 (PCW) — June NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.14/bbl at $68.19/bbl. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.60/bbl at $74.64 bbl.
The June Brent/WTI spread widened at $6.45 bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 3.5 cents at $2.821 mmBtu. May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.1123 gal, up 2.26 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were mixed versus Wednesday’s levels.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was weaker at 13.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 8.50 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was steady at 4.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was softer at 10.00 over the screen.
RBOB was stronger at 2.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $14.31 bbl, $6.83/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
