NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, nat gas close week with losses; gasoline rises again
HOUSTON, April 27, 2018 (PCW) — June NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.09/bbl at $68.10/bbl. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.14/bbl at $74.78 bbl.
The June Brent/WTI spread widened at $6.68 bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 6.8 cents at $2.771 mmBtu. May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.1269 gal, up 1.46 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were mostly weaker versus Thursday’s level.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was softer at 14.00 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 8.75 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 375 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 fell to 9.00 over the screen.
RBOB was stronger at 2.00 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $14.61 bbl, $7.01/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
