February NGL export levels decline 12.8%: EIA
HOUSTON, April 30, 2018 (PCW) – Natural gas liquids exports decreased 5.881 million barrels to 40.03 million barrels (1.43 million b/d) in February compared to January.
Propane exports fell 2.155 million barrels in February to 25.556 million barrels (912,714 b/d). Ethane exports came in at 5.793 million barrels (206,893 b/d) in February, down 815,000 barrels month-on-month. Butane exports came in at 2.952 million barrels (105,429 b/d), down 2.75 million barrels from January.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
· Isobutane: up 38,000 barrels in February to 90,000 barrels (3,214 b/d);
· Natural gasoline: 5.64 million barrels (20,143 b/d), a 198,000 barrel decrease.
