NYMEX Monday Wrap: Oil tops $65, nate gas drops 7 cents
HOUSTON, June 18, 2018 (PCW) — July NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.79 at $65.06/bbl. August Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.88/bbl at $75.30 bbl. The August Brent/WTI spread widened at $9.61 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were down 7.1 cents at $2.951 mmBtu. July NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.0546 gal, up 3.14 cpg.
June gasoline differentials were mostly unchanged from Friday’s level.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was steady at 15.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was unchanged at 9.50 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was steady at 1.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was lower at 7.75 over the screen.
RBOB was steady at 0.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $10.23 bbl, $11.29 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
