US nonfuel use propylene supplies drop to near two-year low
HOUSTON, July 5, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell 215,000 barrels (-8.5%) to 2.324 million barrels for the week ended June 29, the EIA said today. The fifth consecutive weekly drop brought propylene stocks to their lowest level since September 2016. Propylene inventories have fallen in nine of the past twelve weeks. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization was steady at 97.6%. -- David Barry
