US nonfuel use propylene supplies rise in longest streak of gains in more than 3 years
HOUSTON, August 29, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories gained 51,000 barrels (1.6%) last week to 3.159 million barrels, the EIA said today. It was the eighth consecutive weekly stock build, the longest such run since late 2014-early 2015. Propylene inventories are now 11.1% (316,000 barrels) higher than the 52-week average of 2.843 million barrrels. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization fell 3.6 percentage points to 95.8%. -- David Barry
