June NGL exports fall 6.9%, butane loadings set record: EIA
HOUSTON, August 31, 2018 (PCW) – Natural gas liquids exports fell 121,000 b/d to 1.628 million b/d in June compared to May, according to EIA data released Friday.
Propane exports fell 134,000 b/d in June to 868,000 b/d. Ethane exports came in at 268,000 b/d in June, down 15,000 b/d month-on-month. Butane exports came in at a record of 255,000 b/d, up 26,000 b/d from May.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
Isobutane: unchanged from May at 3,000 b/d;
Natural gasoline: 235,000 b/d, a 3,000 b/d barrel increase.
