NYMEX Thursday Wrap: Crude, natgas, gasoline soften
HOUSTON, September 13, 2018 (PCW) — October NYMEX crude futures settled down $1.78 at $68.59 /bbl. November Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $1.64/bbl at $78.11 bbl. The November Brent/WTI spread widened to $9.79 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were down 1.2 cents at $2.817 mmBtu. October NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.9929 gal, down 4.19 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were lower versus Wednesday’s level.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 4.00 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 4.00 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 12.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was down at 12.75 over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 4.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $12.00 bbl, $6.34 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
