NYMEX Wednesday Wrap: Oil drops below $72, nat gas declines
HOUSTON, September 26, 2018 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.71 at $71.57/bbl. November Brent at the close of the NYMEX was down $0.50 at $81.41 bbl. The November Brent/WTI spread widened to $9.84 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were down 6.1 cents at $3.021 mmBtu. October NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.0585 gal, down 0.92 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were unchanged to higher versus Tuesday’s level.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 1.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 1.75 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was steady at 12.75 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was unchanged at 12.75 over the screen.
RBOB was higher at 2.00 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $12.70 bbl, $4.47 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
