July NGL exports rise 3%, propane loadings see highs
HOUSTON, September 28, 2018 (PCW) – Natural gas liquids exports rose 49,000 b/d to 1.677 million b/d in July compared to June, according to EIA data released Friday.
Propane exports rose 225,000 b/d in July to 1.093 million b/d, marking a fresh high. Ethane exports came in at 211,000 b/d in July, down 57,000 b/d month-on-month. Butane exports came in at a record of 204,000 b/d, down 51,000 b/d from June.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
Isobutane: down 1,000 b/d from June at 2,000 b/d;
Natural gasoline: 167,000 b/d, a 68,000 b/d barrel decrease.
