NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, gasoline close week with gains; nat gas falters
HOUSTON, September 28, 2018 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.13 at $73.25/bbl. November Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.86 at $82.66/bbl.
The November Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $9.41/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 4.8 cents at $3.008/mmBtu. October NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.1012/gal, up 1.88 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were steady versus Thursday’s level.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was steady at 2.25 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was unchanged at 2.25 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was firm at 12.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was unchanged at 12.25 over the screen.
RBOB was steady at 2.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $12.73 bbl, $4.68/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
