NYMEX Thursday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gaosline crash
HOUSTON, October 4, 2018 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled down $2.08 at $74.33/bbl. December Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $1.66 at $84.67/bbl.
The December Brent/WTI spread widened to $10.42/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 6.5 cents at $3.165/mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.1004/gal, down 3.74 cpg.
November gasoline differentials were mixed versus Wednesday’s level.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was stronger at 1.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 1.75 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was weaker at 13.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was down at 13.50 over the screen.
RBOB rose to 1.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $13.59 bbl, $4.49/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
