NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude steady; nat gas, gasoline end week with losses
HOUSTON, October 5, 2018 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.01 at $74.34/bbl. December Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.54 at $84.13/bbl. '
The December Brent/WTI spread weakened to $9.87/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 2.2 cents at $3.143/mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $2.0861/gal, down 1.43 cpg.
November gasoline differentials were mostly stronger versus Thursday’s level.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 1.375 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 1.375 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 15.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 rose to 15.25 over the screen.
RBOB was steady at 1.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $13.25 bbl, $4.31 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
