NYMEX Monday Wrap: Oil little changed as nat gas plunges
HOUSTON, October 22, 2018 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.05 at $69.17/bbl. December Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.02 at $79.76 bbl. the December Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $10.40 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were down 11.2 cents at $3.138 mmBtu. November NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.9067 gal, down 0.72 cpg.
November gasoline differentials were mostly higher versus Friday’s level.
A 4 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 5.95 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 5.95 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was higher at 10.00 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was up at 10.00 over the screen.
RBOB was steady at 4.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $10.99 bbl, $5.69 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
