NYMEX Wednesday Wrap: Oil drops for eighth straight sesson
HOUSTON, November 7, 2018 (PCW) — December NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.54 at $61.67/bbl. January Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.08 at $72.07 bbl. It was the eighth straight daily decline. The January Brent/WTI spread widened to $10.25 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were unchanged at $3.555 mmBtu. December NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6474 gal, down 4.66 cpg.
December gasoline differentials were lower versus Tuesday’s level.
A 4 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 5.625 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 5.625 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 10.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was down at 10.50 over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 4.00 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $10.03 bbl, $5.75 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
