NYMEX Monday Wrap: Oil inches higher, nat gas jumps
HOUSTON, November 19, 2018 (PCW) — December NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.30 at $56.76/bbl. January Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.06 at $66.83 bbl. The January Brent/WTI spread was narrowed at $9.63 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were up 42.8 cents at $4.700 mmBtu. December NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5829 gal, up 0.59 cpg.
December gasoline differentials were mixed versus Friday’s level.
A 4 CBOB 87 regular was steady at 10.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was unchanged at 10.75 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was higher 9.00 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was up at 9.00 over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 9.25 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $9.34 bbl, $7.43 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
