US nonfuel use propylene supplies drop for first time in six weeks
HOUSTON, November 21, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell by 392,000 barrels (-9.9%) to 3.573 million barrels for the week ended November 16, the EIA said today. It was the first inventory draw in six weeks, and inventories were nearly 28% above the 52-week average of 2.799 million barrels. Inventories have fallen in five of the past twelve weeks. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization rebounded 1.7 percentage points to 95.5%. -- David Barry
