NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Oil edges lower, nat gas rises
HOUSTON, November 27, 2018 (PCW) — January NYMEX crude futures settled down 7 cents per barrel at $51.56/bbl. January Brent at the close of the NYMEX decreased $0.28 at $60.20 bbl. The January Brent/WTI spread was narrowed at $8.64 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were up 1.4 cents at $4.262 mmBtu. December NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4208 gal, up 2.18 cpg.
December gasoline differentials were mixed versus Monday’s level.
A 4 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 9.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 9.50 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was higher 7.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was up at 7.25 over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 8.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $7.52 bbl, $7.31 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
