US nonfuel use propylene supplies gain most in more than a year
HOUSTON, November 28, 2018 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories jumped by 543,000 barrels (+15.2%) to 4.116 million barrels for the week ending November 23, the EIA said today. It was the highest inventory level since January 2017, and the biggest weekly stock build since early September 2017. Propylene inventories have increased in eight of the past twelve weeks and now stand 1.287 million barrels (45.5%) above the 52-week average. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization was up 1.8 percentage points at 97.3%. -- David Barry
