NYMEX Friday Wrap: Oil, nat gas close week with gains

HOUSTON, January 25, 2018 (PCW) — March NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.56 at $53.69/bbl. March Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.55 at $61.64 bbl. The March Brent/WTI spread widened to $7.95 bbl favoring Brent.

Prompt natural gas futures were up 7.9 cents at $3.178 mmBtu. February NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.3894 gal, up 0.18 cpg.

January gasoline differentials were mixed versus Thursday’s level.

The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $6.33 bbl, $5.57 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
