NYMEX Friday Wrap: Oil, nat gas end week little changed
HOUSTON, February 8 2018 (PCW) — March NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.08 per barrel at $52.72/bbl. April Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.47 at $62.10 bbl. The April Brent/WTI spread widened to $9.01 bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were up 3.2 cents at $2.583 mmBtu. March NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4464 gal, up 2.06 cpg.
March gasoline differentials were higher versus Thursday’s level.
A 4 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 4.75 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was up at 4.75 cpg under the screen.
D4 CBOB 93 premium was higher at 10.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was up 10.50 over the screen.
RBOB was higher 3.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $8.22 bbl, $6.26 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
