NYMEX Friday Wrap: Oil ends week with $1.18 bbl jump

HOUSTON, February 15 2018 (PCW) — March NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.18 at $55.59/bbl. April Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $1.68 at $66.25 bbl. The April Brent/WTI spread widened to $10.27 bbl favoring Brent.

Prompt natural gas futures were up 5.2 cents at $2.625 mmBtu. March NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5729 gal, up 6.44 cpg.

March gasoline differentials were higher versus Thursday’s level.

The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $10.10 bbl, $6.60 /bbl under the screen. – John Troland
